Luke 6:17-19 (KJV)
17 And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;
18 And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed.
19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.

Let's look at Luke 5:15 (KJV)
15 But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

Does hearing have anything to do with being healed? Yes!
A lot of people want to be healed, but they don't want to hear anything and too many of the times they cut themselves off from being healed by the power of God.
So if you want to be healed, hear!
 
Mark 6:5:
And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them."

The Amplified Bible [Classic Edition] says Jesus laid His hands on "a few sickly people." Another translation reads, "He laid his hands on a few folks with minor ailments."

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach  [and] to heal. This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears" (Luke 4:18, 21).
